What is a HEALTH panel?
Our HEALTH panel, is a take home, low cost, convenient and easy-to-use kit that provides accurate biomarkers on your health, such as your cortisol, cholesterol and A1c levels. A simple fingerpick blood sample is taken at home in the morning after a 2 hour fast and posted back with results delivered in 3-5 working days.

FAQ
Is this blood test kit equivalent to standard labs?
Yes, we work with a CLIA/CAP accredited lab that performs extensive validation on each assay to meet federal CLIA requirements.
When will I receive my results?
Results will be available in your member profile 3-5 business after the lab receives your sample. You will be notified when the results are ready for review.
Do I have to fast before my test? For more accurate results, it is recommended that you fast for 8-10 hours prior to taking the test.

NOTE – The biological sex selection will define which panel you are tested on. Biological males may choose to be tested on the female panel, but not vice versa. This is due to the sensitivity limitiations of testosterone.
