Our story
Our own health and wellness journey will no doubt not have been any different to yours. We too took a long time to understand what effect training, nutrition, stress, sleep, and environment has on our bodies.
It was over 10 years ago we first experienced a DEXA scan, and it helped us reevaluate our own life choices. We now had solid data to track progress and guide us in real time as we looked to transform our health as we aged.
We knew then we wanted to share this powerful tool with others and show that longevity and preventable health is within everyone's reach.
With so much misinformation on health, we decided to build a space and service so people can understand not only their health, but the data that we receive on it, feel supported, and make changes that can transform people’s lives for the long term.
Our commitments

“As founders of a health & wellness space, we want to help change preventative healthcare accessibility.
We are passionate about helping people live their most vibrant and fulfilling lives, through expanded knowledge of their own potential within, and fully optimizing their health and longevity.
California is not just a destination, it’s a lifestyle.
Since the 1940’s Venice, California, has been synonymous with health, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing, as well as being the home of the modern health revolution.
Our brand is routed in the ethos of Californian living – health first, motivational, optimistic, and holistic, with the spirit of innovation and transformation.
